As a Security Guard Full Time Welcome Desk in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related procedures through clear communication and attentive service. Use computer or tablet tools to maintain records and assist with daily operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor access to the facility, direct visitors and delivery personnel to appropriate locations, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document relevant details in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
