DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Manage all daily supply chain activities involving the movement of product including but not limited to the transportation of materials to and from all internal and external locations in a timely and efficient manner and the identification of component needs for manufacturing processes



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Manage internal and external deliveries of products to all locations at standardized intervals and measure outcomes to ensure goals

are met

*Perform all inventory processes established by Inventory Control and collaborate with inventory Control during process establishment

*Monitor Min-max levels and Kanban efficiency for all locations and report any problems during processing

*Collaborate with Inventory Control to address Root Cause investigations of shortages

*Collaborate with inventory locations to maximize pull efficiency and inventory ease of use

*Maintain product handling requirements as specified by Design

*Notify management of shortages relating to inventory location including kits created from point of use inventory

*Assign, train and develop staff based on experience and departmental goals

*Staff management including documenting and communicating objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and appropriately addressing individual or group performance issues

*Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary



REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Guide, direct, and motivate staff

*Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

*Operate a lift truck

Must have:

*Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods



PREFERRED SKILLS

*Working knowledge of Navision

*Lean enterprise planning as it relates to material support of value added operations preferred



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 2 years warehouse/distribution center experience

*At least 1 year of supervisory experience of at least 3 staff members



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

*Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred



REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
