What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, stage, and store incoming shipments.
• Prepare orders for shipment and load outbound trailers.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Manage inventory within the warehouse storage system while maintaining accurate records.
• Support waste, recycling, and baler operations.
• Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain clean, safe workspaces.
• Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to learn and operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift or industrial equipment operating experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and bending throughout the shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
