Pay Rate: $19.40 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• 2-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience in product fulfillment, order picking, and packing
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Experience operating pallet jacks, stacker lifts, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment preferred
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately for on-time shipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Receive, track, and process incoming goods
• Scan and monitor serial numbers using computerized inventory systems
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and unpacking activities
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support inventory accuracy and material flow processes
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Materials Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
