HealthPartners is looking to hire a Senior Hospice Manager to join our Hospice team! Position Summary: The Hospice Senior Manager is responsible for the overall management and operational oversight of the hospice program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families. This position works closely with centralized departments including Quality, Health Information Management, Referral Processing, and Staffing to ensure that hospice services are delivered in a seamless, patient-centered manner. The Hospice Manager will provide leadership to the hospice team, develop care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that hospice services are compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospice operations, clinical practice, and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to lead effectively through complexity and change. They will be highly responsive and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and supportive presence. This individual will demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and compassion. They will be skilled at building trust, influencing leaders and teams, and fostering collaboration across disciplines. The ideal candidate will also be committed to developing high-performing teams, supporting leaders through growth and accountability, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care and exceptional team member experience.
