The Financial Risk Management Team plays a critical role in shaping the strategic and financial resilience of the bank by overseeing the risk-taking activities related to capital, liquidity, market risk, and mortgage capital markets. As part of the broader Risk organization, the team partners closely with executive leadership, Treasury, Finance, and business units to evaluate emerging risks, support key strategic decisions, and ensure the organization remains well-positioned across a range of economic and market conditions. Interns will gain exposure to real-world challenges facing a dynamic financial institution, including interest rate risk management, capital planning, liquidity stress testing, investment portfolio oversight, and mortgage market analytics. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced risk professionals, develop a deep understanding of financial markets and banking, and contribute to meaningful projects that influence the bank's safety, soundness, and long-term success. The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. We're looking for individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking. What you'll need: Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study. GPA of 3.0 or higher. Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills. Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision. An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry. To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
