Are you a visionary User Experience professional ready to take ownership of complex projects and drive strategic design initiatives? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead and define scalable, sustainable approaches to challenging problems. In this role, you won't just design; you'll shape the long-term user experience and product strategy, influencing multiple design efforts and bringing fresh perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, applying your deep understanding of UX design principles, user-centered product development, design systems, and research tools to deliver impactful solutions and mitigate potential risks.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intentions, guiding the implementation of design specifications through mock-ups and product models.
• Utilize and propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape, collaborating across teams to develop informed design solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input, providing critical feedback to achieve product goals and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Build consensus across diverse teams and garner support for design strategies, clearly communicating design approaches to stakeholders and proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Contribute to the development of project priorities aligned with broader goals, coordinating resource allocation within projects and seeking opportunities to expand responsibilities within your product team.
• Create innovative design solutions informed by user insights, business needs, and industry trends, supporting stakeholders in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Anticipate evolving design constraints and clearly articulate the rationale behind design choices when developing solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Lead the implementation of a holistic design process, design system, or design language across various teams or products, performing design and testing processes to build support for a cohesive design vision.
• Guide other UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research/testing, or conduct independent research to inform appropriate design directions.
• Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks, including principles, patterns, and systems, leveraging writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, or create prototypes that advance the product vision.
• Tailor deliverables based on specific product or platform requirements, adhering to writing and design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance user experience by analyzing and anticipating user needs through collaboration, while also resolving strategic, product, or technological constraints.
