What You'll Do:
- Design, build, test, and support the deployment of technology solutions alongside assigned Agile teams.
- Develop and refine conceptual, logical, and physical solution architectures that align with enterprise architecture principles and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate solution options, communicate tradeoffs, and translate business capabilities into effective technical designs.
- Contribute to architecture standards, governance activities, technology research, and assessments to ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and subject matter experts to address architecture challenges, leverage existing technology resources, and identify risks or opportunities associated with emerging technologies.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 9 years of experience in multiple programming languages
- Minimum 9 years of experience in software or service engineering and delivery
- Minimum 9 years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Design scalable, secure, and governed data solutions across platforms
- Minimum 9 years of experience in modern data ecosystems, integration patterns, and analytics platforms
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or technical implementation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering or enterprise data platforms.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science orEngineering

- Ability to work and communicate with various stakeholders at differing levels of the organization
- Ability to research and apply modern technology trends related to technology initiatives
- Ability to research, evaluate and articulate multiple approaches to solving technical problems
- Experience working in two or more technical roles related to banking technical design
- Experience in delivering technology and enterprise level presentations
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Industry recognized certification in programming languages or cloud technologies
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Data engineering platforms, big data technologies, and cloud-native development (microservices, Kubernetes).
- API design (REST) and integration tools (ETL/ELT).
- Stakeholder communication (technical and non-technical audiences).
- Leadership in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Analytical problem-solving for complex data systems.
- Project management: proficiency in tools like Jira; familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Data modeling, data pipeline orchestration, data quality management, metadata management, and data lifecycle.
- Data lakes, warehouses, and lake house architectures; distributed systems and cloud data services.
- ETL/ELT processes, real-time and batch data processing, data integration, and automation.
- Payment networks, liquidity management, and settlement processes (as relevant to data flows).
- Global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance tools.
- Data encryption, access controls, and penetration testing methodologies.
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Data Engineer, or similar
- Proficient in system design, integration, and implementation across multiple technology domains.
- Proven track record in deploying scalable financial systems (payment gateways, digital wallets, stablecoin or cryptocurrency systems preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and security standards.
