Civil Cyber Chief of Staff

The Opportunity:

Civil Cyber brings together Booz Allen's cyber business across the federal Civil market. We are growing the business through a combination of services, products, AI solutions, and technology partnerships.

As Chief of Staff, you'll report to the Director of Civil Cyber and work across the business with market and portfolio leaders to assess performance, challenge the assumptions behind the plan, and turn decisions into action. You'll have a broad view of the business, connecting financial performance, pipeline, growth initiatives, products, and partnerships so leadership can see where growth is working, where execution is breaking down, and what needs to change.

You'll own the operating cadence for business performance and growth, assessing whether the pipeline and growth initiatives support revenue and profit commitments. You'll have latitude to resolve execution issues across teams, escalating material risks and decisions that require the Director's authority. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You'll Work On:

• Own Civil Cyber's business-performance and growth reviews, defining the analysis and agenda so leaders arrive prepared to make decisions.
• Assess revenue, profitability, contract mix, and pipeline, including the contributions of product and platform sales and strategic partnerships.
• Reconcile conflicting inputs and distinguish measurable business outcomes from activity alone.
• Work with market and portfolio leaders to validate the specific opportunities and initiatives needed to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Test assumptions, identify gaps, and establish corrective actions.
• Prepare concise executive reports that explain performance against commitments, what has changed and why, and the risks or decisions needing attention.
• Maintain an integrated view of priorities, milestones, financial impact, dependencies, and risks so leadership can see where intervention is required.
• Lead analysis and resolution of cross-team execution problems such as demos or partner activity not producing expected pipeline.
• Work with responsible leaders to complete corrective actions and escalate material risks or decisions requiring the Director's authority.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience in a role with substantial responsibility for business performance and execution such as strategy and operations, business operations, or growth or go-to-market operations
• Experience independently owning a business performance process or cross-functional operating cadence, including defining the required analysis and leading reviews
• Experience analyzing revenue and profitability alongside pipeline, forecasts, or comparable forward-looking commercial measures to assess whether plans can deliver stated targets
• Experience validating business data, reconciling incomplete or conflicting information, and identifying the assumptions or execution gaps behind performance problems
• Experience working with senior leaders on business risks and decisions, including challenging assumptions, recommending corrective actions, and recognizing when leadership intervention is needed
• Experience leading complex work across teams without formal reporting authority and carrying corrective actions through to completion, with evidence of improved business performance or execution
• Experience writing and presenting concise executive reports or briefings that explain performance, implications, tradeoffs, and decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

• Experience serving as a Chief of Staff or operating partner to a leader accountable for revenue, profitability, or portfolio performance
• Experience in cybersecurity, federal contracting, government services, or professional services
• Experience with capture or opportunity management, product commercialization, or strategic partnerships
• Experience across both services-based and product- or platform-based business models
