We are seeking a talented Brand Coordinator to join our Diesel team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of brand, sales, product, and showroom initiatives, partnering closely with global brand teams, licensors, and cross-functional partners to ensure products and sales tools are prepared and delivered effectively. An ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented self-starter who can successfully manage multiple priorities and build strong collaborative partnerships.

  Manage product sample requests by communicating with global brand teams and licensors to coordinate and fulfill regional and customer needs.

  Manage photography samples and support product detail page (PDP) approvals to ensure images are ready for digital and commercial use.

  Execute regional and customer meeting preparations, including market setup and development of Visual Merchandising Guides.

  Maintain the organization, presentation, and overall readiness of the showroom.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide sales analysis and reporting as needed to support business decisions.

  Build base for New Season development deck each quarter, maintain throughout the seasonal development process with sample photos and development comments

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee production of all Go-to-market tools (seasonal sell in, product knowledge and training) and facilitate delivery communication

  Coordinate delivery of seasonal PDP assets, inclusive of Tech Copy & Beauty Copy, to Sales Teams and Licensor

  Act as project manager for all packaging needs from concept ideation to execution.

  Manage global communication with all partners through Weekly Global Brand Newsletter

  
  
• 
  

  Assist in merchandising tasks for the jewelry category such as line planning and sku lifecycle management.

  Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Planning, Design, and the License team, to support brand and business objectives.

  Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  1-2 years of relevant professional experience; retail experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience working with jewelry or fashion accessories preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently.

  Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships across teams.
