The Consortium of University Public Service Organizations ( CUPSO) operationally housed and administered out of the UNC School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Director provides collaborative, forward-thinking leadership to support and strengthen a national network of university-based public service organizations. The Director is responsible for fostering member engagement, building connections among member leaders and institutions, and supporting opportunities for shared learning, collaboration, and recruitment.

In this role, the Director plans and leads CUPSO's major convenings, including the Annual Conference and Directors' Meeting; develops responsive programming such as webinars, surveys, presentations, and briefing papers; and gathers member feedback to ensure programming reflects member needs, emerging issues, and trends. The Director also works with the Executive Committee to advance shared priorities and supports core communications, website and listserv activity, financial reporting, grant-related projects, and administrative coordination to ensure CUPSO's ongoing effectiveness and impact.

Relevant post-baccalaureate degree: relevant undergraduate degree with 5 -7 years of related professional experience may be substituted for the advanced degree.
