Are you a seasoned digital designer ready to take ownership of impactful customer experiences? We're seeking a creative powerhouse to define and deliver engaging email and in-app journeys for a leading brand in the connected device space. This is your chance to shape how customers interact with cutting-edge technology, working hands-on to set creative direction, build high-quality work, and leverage AI as a core part of your daily workflow. You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives for seasonal campaigns and always-on marketing, collaborating with an AI-first creative team to deliver exceptional results that resonate with a broad audience.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce digital marketing email and in-app customer experiences from concept through final delivery.
• Review AI-generated creative output, identify improvements, and apply a QA lens to ensure high-quality results.
• Provide creative direction as a senior designer, setting the quality bar for all creative output.
• Partner with digital marketing teams to deliver successful seasonal and always-on campaigns.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
• Manage your own workload, priorities, and timelines across concurrent campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
• Your time will be dedicated to hands-on design work, reviewing AI output and existing product experiences, and participating in collaborative meetings.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of relevant design experience, encompassing more than strictly UX.
• Proven AI fluency in a daily production workflow, including generating, directing, and QA'ing AI output.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong experience in email design, covering both campaign and lifecycle communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in in-app customer experience design.
• Exceptional visual design and UX skills, with a strong emphasis on craft and execution over research.
• A track record of successful marketing campaign delivery from concept to execution.
• A relevant degree, certification, or equivalent work history.

Bonus Points If You Have

• In-house design experience, working brand-side within an established design system.
• Experience with marketing for hardware and software products (physical devices plus in-app experiences, such as smart security or wearable technology).
• Prior involvement in product launch support.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• A proven ability to self-manage across concurrent campaigns with fixed deadlines.
