Customer Service Representative ( Ocala FL

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Answer incoming customer calls and process requests fornew service, cancellations, or changes.
• Accept and processcustomer payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information.
• Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and providesafe, costeffective, environmentally sound solutions.

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred(English + Spanish).
• 2+ years of highvolumecustomer serviceexperience.
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
