The JSC Strategic Business Integration (SBI) Office requires direct Assessment, Cost Estimating, and Scheduling support to PP&C activities for programs and projects at JSC, such as Moon Base, Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Artemis (EVA Dev), and/or any future NASA Programs. The Contractor shall provide Subject Matter Experts for schedule integration and architecture across programs and projects at JSC. Requirements and Skills While performing these requirements, the Contractor shall: Provide guidance on overall structure and oversee integration of schedules across programs and projects at JSC. Support JSC programs and projects reporting cycles with schedule products as required. Expert knowledge and practice in program/project analysis. Expert knowledge and experience with spaceflight hardware development projects. Expert knowledge of the development and integration of project technical requirements with cost and schedule projections, performance measurement, and workforce allocations. Excellent communication skills to interface with customers. The contractor shall be capable of interfacing with Center Institutional Offices, programs/projects offices, NASA-HQ and Mission Directorates. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as Excel, Word and Project. Assist project personnel in interfacing with program and project offices at other NASA Centers. Provide mentoring for early and mid-career schedule analysts supporting the JSC Programs and Projects. While performing these requirements, the Contractor shall provide: Assess and contribute to development of monthly and annual performance assessment data Assess and/or contribute to monthly and annual schedule projections Assess and/or contribute to trend and forecast analysis Special analyses, studies as requested. Processes written out and/or recorded for products and support items generated for continuity of operations.
