Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose problems with motors, controls, sensors, and related electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Read and use electrical schematics and equipment documentation.
• Help prioritize maintenance work and provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Communicate equipment issues and repair progress with production and maintenance leaders.
• Document completed work and follow all company safety procedures.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work safely around production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose equipment problems.
• Experience guiding other maintenance team members or serving as a technical lead is preferred.
• Clear communication skills and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
