We are seeking an experienced Oilfield Lead to support daily field operations, promote a strong safety culture, and provide hands-on guidance to Operators and Technicians. This is a working field leadership role focused on safe, efficient operations, equipment readiness, customer service, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead daily field operations while ensuring compliance with company, customer, DOT, and regulatory safety requirements.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to Operators and Technicians; assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback.

  
  
• 
  

  Safely unload products, fuel customer equipment, and operate pumps, hoses, valves, nozzles, and related equipment.

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor equipment condition, inventory, and site readiness; conduct routine audits and report maintenance or replacement needs.

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate equipment movements and communicate logistical, staffing, and operational needs to management.

  
  
• 
  

  Complete required operational paperwork and maintain accurate field, equipment, inventory, and training records.

  
  
• 
  

  Conduct field inspections, identify safety concerns, and assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.

  
  
• 
  

  Serve as an initial point of contact during emergencies until management arrives.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide safe, timely, and reliable service.

  
  
• 
  

  Support workforce planning, scheduling, and other operational needs as directed.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  18+ months of oilfield operations or related field experience required.

  
  
• 
  

  Fueling, pumps, field equipment, or mechanical systems experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

  
  
• 
  

  Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe operating practices.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable using an iPad, computer, and company software.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to enforce safety standards and respond effectively to emergencies.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties safely.

  
  

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• 
  

  Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and safely operate field equipment for extended periods.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and wearing required PPE.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work extended shifts of up to 12-18 hours, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to travel and stay overnight when required.
