As a Meeting Coordinator, you'll support Life Sciences programs in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where precision, communication, and follow-through really matter. You'll partner closely with Customer Success Managers to bring educational programs to life, from early planning through final execution, while helping ensure compliance every step of the way. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys client-facing work, thrives on details, and likes turning complex logistics into seamless experiences. You're Good At * Managing program logistics from kickoff to execution, including registration, travel coordination, venue support, speaker communication, and meeting materials You Might Also Have * 1-5 years of experience supporting meetings, events, or program coordination You Should Know * This role is virtual and operates within the Central/Eastern time zones. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Coordinator, Speaker Bureau is between $53,000 - $58,000.
