Position Title: Embroidery Operator
Wage: $18.00 per year Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Fri) Join a fast-paced production team where your attention to detail and hands-on skills make a direct impact. As an Embroidery Operator, you'll operate multi-head embroidery machines, set up and process custom embroidery jobs, make adjustments, and ensure every finished product meets quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with machinery, and taking pride in producing high-quality products. Embroidery Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Complete operation of multi-head embroidery machines. - Complete set-up and completion of different types of embroidery jobs. - Machinery operation and order processing with attention to ticketing, hooping, threading, adjustments of thread and bobbin tensions. - Execution of corrections to avoid expensive loss of product. - Follow specific detailed instructions given by the supervisor and/or manager. - Meet daily physical demands of standing for extending periods of time and moving around facility on foot. Mobility and ability to lift, pull, and carry objects up to 60 lbs. repeatedly during shift. - Accurately operate small components of machinery. - Meet department production expectations. - Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. - Participate in additional maintenance and cleaning of the machines and work area. Embroidery Operator Requirements: - Physical ability and stamina for repetitive standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and stacking for the entire shift. - Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift. - High School diploma or equivalent. - Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. - Minimum of 1 year of embroidery experience - Preferred. - High attention to details. - Strong ability to multitask. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to express issues and pose questions. - Positive attitude and ability to work in a TEAM environment. - Initiative-taking and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
