Position Summary and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for keeping the facility well maintained, clean and stocked with supplies.

• Stock all break room areas with supplies
• Ensure break rooms are clean and sanitary
• Empty trash receptacles and insert new liners
• Sweep porches, steps and sidewalks and wipe down glass on entry doors
• Clean and maintain restrooms ensuring sinks are wiped down and paper products are stocked
• Maintain good eye for detail, report problems with building to supervisor
• Use vacuum to clean all carpet and carpet mats
• Clean coffee pots in breakroom and office
• Disinfect and wipe down surfaces such as desks, tables, doorknobs, and office tools
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Professional, organized and fast worker
• Detail oriented
• Strong work ethic, and positive approach to job
• Work well independently
• Ability to follow verbal and written directives
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and executive staff
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
