Description Warehouse Operations Lead \| Staff Performance Manager On-Site: La Grange, IL FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE REQUIRED This role supports a startup warehouse operation and requires a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, split shifts, and varying hours based on business needs. EmployBridge is seeking a bilingual Staffing Performance Manager to support a growing warehouse and logistics operation. This is a hands-on onsite role focused on workforce management, employee engagement, client partnership, and operational support in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Partner with recruiters to communicate hiring needs and maintain staffing levels Screen, interview, onboard, and orient new employees Manage attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll support Conduct employee coaching, counseling, and performance conversations Build strong relationships with supervisors, employees, and customer leadership Perform safety observations, support incident reporting, and promote a culture of safety Conduct regular employee check-ins and 30/60/90-day reviews Provide reporting on headcount, attendance, productivity, and workforce trends Serve as the primary liaison between the workforce, operations team, and EmployBridge What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience in a 3PL, logistics, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or onsite staffing environment Understanding of challenges common to customer-driven operations, including fluctuating staffing demands, attendance management, employee coaching, and changing priorities Strong employee relations, customer service, and communication skills Experience with onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and staffing systems such as Avionte, Bullhorn, or similar platforms Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Work Environment Fully onsite in a warehouse/distribution setting No private office; work is performed directly on the production floor Frequent interaction with employees, supervisors, and operational leadership Growing operation with evolving processes and significant workforce expansion Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Occasional split shifts, evenings, weekends, and Sunday support based on business needs Ideal Candidate Someone with a strong people-first approach who can build relationships, support employees, navigate operational challenges, and effectively balance workforce needs with customer expectations in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.
