We are looking for a data-driven, operationally minded professional who is passionate about Marketing Technology and understands the value that data brings to the B2B world. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and IT, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing organization through creative problem-solving, campaign enablement, and continuous optimization of our lead management ecosystem.

In this role, you will help evolve our lead management program by analyzing route-to-market strategies, auditing mappings, and ensuring high sales velocity across our tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, HubSpot, and Tableau).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Lifecycle & Sales Velocity:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Lead Management across connected systems (Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData) to ensure leads flow efficiently to sales.
• Build and maintain operational frameworks to track speed-to-lead and identify stalled leads to eliminate pipeline bottlenecks.
• Audit lead routing, campaign mechanics, custom field mappings, and operational processes to identify strategy and execution gaps.
• Proactively assist in the management of the Salesforce database, maintaining clean data, GDPR compliance, and contact governance.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Develop, refine, and maintain Top-of-Funnel and conversion waterfall reporting models primarily in Tableau, alongside operational dashboards in Salesforce.
• Deliver key insights on lead stage progression, organic lead acquisition, landing page performance, and post-HubSpot migration reporting.
• Write SQL queries to analyze large datasets, monitor KPIs, draw meaningful conclusions, and run ad hoc analyses i.e. Looker.

System Support & Enablement:

• Partner with Inside Sales, Field Marketing, and Channel teams on lead management and system best practices i.e. Outreach.
• Help manage sequence triggers, data updates, and cadence hygiene.
• On occasion, perform bulk data maintenance and system updates using Data Loader.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner daily with regional teams: Inside Sales, Field Marketing, Campaign Managers, and Marketing Technology teams to align operations with GTM strategy.
• Work closely with IT and Web teams to prioritize feature requests, resolve system issues, and deliver integrated tracking solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in:
  • CRM Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Tasks).
  • Analytics & BI Skills: Proven experience creating data visualizations in Tableau (or similar) and proficiency writing SQL queries to extract insights from large databases.
  • Sales Tech & Routing: Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach) and automated lead routing tools (LeanData).
  • Marketing & Utility Tools: Familiarity with HubSpot platform mechanics and hands-on experience with Data Loader.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of lead-to-opportunity waterfall dynamics, conversion rates, and speed-to-lead principles.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical guidance into actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to database hygiene, compliance (GDPR), and process optimization..

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
