Position Description TheRegional ProcurementBuyer supports plant procurement activitiesacrossregionalData Center plantsto achieve total value for the business. This critical role supportsprocurement activity atplant operationswith primary partnerships with the Regional Senior Procurement Buyers, global commodity management,supplier quality, engineering,materials planning/logistics,and external suppliers. The mainresponsibilities involve vendor management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data maintenance, supplier onboarding, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with suppliers andpartner with internal and external stakeholdersto drive high performance incost, quality, delivery, and service level. Lead supplier onboarding activities for all Data Center suppliers. SupportProcurementERPdataactivities, including pricing and other data points necessary to ensure proper costs are incurred by the business. Lead resolution of supplier issues such as invoicing discrepancies, delivery delays, communication gaps, and quality concerns to mitigate overall supplier risk. Analyze spending data,identifying, proposing, and supporting initiatives. Support execution of sourcing process including following up on open items with key team members/suppliers. Facilitate Request For Information (RFI)'s and Request For Quote (RFQ)'s for sourcing initiatives as requested. Ensure compliance with Modine's procurement policies, ethical sourcing guidelines, and relevant industry regulations. Assist withintegrating new acquisitionsasrequested. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management. Proventrack recordof successful negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier relationship management. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle multiple projects effectively. Ability to interpret drawings preferred. Responds quickly to changing priorities and needs. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. CPM or CPSM certification is a plus. Why Choose Modine?
