HRBP Sr Manager

Your role is to nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset-our people. Using your human resources expertise and a solid understanding of our business (don't worry-that will come with time), you'll help guide your clients through all people-related matters as they navigate challenges and embrace opportunities. You'll also help your clients be better leaders by supporting them in mentoring, providing feedback, and managing performance. You will play a key role in building a work environment where everyone can thrive.

In this role, you will move beyond tactical HR execution to drive organizational performance, talent capabilities, and business strategy. You will translate core priorities into proactive people strategies, leveraging data insights, organizational design, and leadership coaching to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities:

1. Strategic Business Alignment & Thought Leadership

• Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of business unit goals, financial levers, operational drivers, and industry landscapes to align people strategies directly with business outcomes.

• Strategic & Design Thinking: Apply human-centered design principles and strategic frameworks to solve complex organizational challenges and design innovative, scalable workforce initiatives.

• Trend Adaptability: Monitor macro workforce trends, technological shifts, and evolving work models to proactively adapt talent strategies and maintain market competitiveness.

2. Leadership Advisory & Organizational Effectiveness

• Leadership Counseling & Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and confidential executive coach to senior leaders, enhancing leadership capability, decision-making, and team dynamics.

• Org Design & Effectiveness: Continuously evaluate team structures, operating models, workflows, and accountabilities to design agile, efficient, and resilient organizations.

• Change Management: Champion enterprise-wide transformation programs by supporting robust change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment models that minimize friction and drive adoption.

3. Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy

• Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders and finance to model future talent requirements, skill gaps, capacity needs, and location strategies aligned with multi-year business projections.

• Talent Management & Development: Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential development programs, and performance management strategies that build a deep bench of leadership talent.

• Talent Perspectives: Bring inclusive, multi-faceted talent insights to leadership discussions.

4. Insights, Data & Analytics

• Data Fluency & Storytelling with Data: Translate engagement signals, and turnover data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Experience in Human Resources.

• Proven success driving large-scale change management initiatives, organizational redesigns, and talent pipeline strategies that produced measurable business impact.

• Exceptional executive presence.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.

• Strong consulting skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Demonstrated influence skills with key stakeholders through relationships, expertise and data.

• The ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels.

• Experience functioning as a Strategic HRBP supporting band 5+ in matrixed organizations.
