Summary:

The Recruiter will serve as a main point of contact for technical and corporate hiring managers at our Camas, WA location. This position is a full-lifecycle recruiting role, responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process - from sourcing and screening to closing top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a twelve-month temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design, and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for technical and corporate positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build a talent pipeline through sourcing, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.
• Ensure positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and empathy.
• Apply metrics-driven decision making to identify roadblocks and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and procedures.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
• Support recruiting projects and other HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a technical corporate environment
• 5+ years of combined work experience in recruiting, HR, admin or sales roles
• Previous experience working in tech, defense, or government contracting
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain composure and good working relationships under pressure
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing schedule and priorities with minimal daily direction
• Ability to use sound judgement and escalate issues when appropriate
• Ability to establish relationships while maintaining a neutral and unbiased stance
• Demonstrated ability to protect confidential and proprietary information, setting professional boundaries as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Experience recruiting within the defense and aerospace industries
• Experience using Jobvite ATS, Paylocity HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Starting pay depends on qualifications -Recruiter: $35-$50 per hour
