Clinical Social Worker - Pediatrics

Job Summary

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Social Work or Master's Degree Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required
• 0-1+ years of clinical experience in medical setting required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

- Developing and demonstrating interpersonal collaboration in a medical setting- inpatient or outpatient.
- May need coaching/guidance in this area.
- May provide some assistance and support with onboarding for new team members.
- Aware of opportunities in department/service initiatives; participates in initiatives at an entity level. Uses data to measure progress.
- Demonstrate fundamental skills under supervision. May need assistance in promoting collaboration among healthcare team members, other colleagues, and the organization to support and enhance patient care.

Schedule and Work Model:

• Monday through Friday ET, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.
• Must be flexible to support on-site needs at medical practices in Chelsea, Revere and Charlestown (approximately 2-3x/week but may vary based on case load) and at patient homes or schools for meetings.
• 2x monthly team meetings at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA office required (1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month).
• Remote work requires stable, secure, quiet, compliant work station.

Pay Range

Grade
