Civil Engineering Project Manager - Floodplain & Stormwater

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a professional engineer and project manager (9+ years' experience) in our Central Ohio office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.

You'll change the shape of your community by modernizing systems that protect public health and the environment. And, as a part of our Floodplain and Stormwater Management (FSM) team, you'll be a key team member in the delivery of complex stormwater projects to protect and support communities. Your work will predominantly focus locally in Central Ohio but you will collaborate with 500 designers, engineers, and scientists across North America through our seamless One Team model.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence.
• Build strong client relationships from contract procurement through project coordination and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Be a project level leader throughout the project cycle including watershed analysis, drainage studies, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, sketching, detailed design, report writing and preparation of bid documents
• Engage in field activities both during design and as part of construction oversight
• Participate in business development; client and industry engagement, local strategy, project development and proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprised of engineers, planners, landscape architects, surveyors and administrators helping improve stormwater infrastructure.
• Build strong industry and community relationships
• Actively engage in V3's local and company culture which is built around employee and client experience, career growth and community service

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for stormwater infrastructure and the benefits it offers to communities
• Graduates of four-year civil or environmental engineering degree
• Licensed professional engineer
• Nine years or more experience in the design and construction administration of floodplain, stormwater, or water resources projects.
• Team player who will enjoy our in-office, relaxed but focused, close-knit team environment
