Title: Sourcing Manager - IV (Strategic Sourcing / Marketing Procurement) Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Months Preferred Time Zones: Pacific / Central / Mountain Time Zones Contract Extension: Extension possibility; unknown at this time Required Experience At least 7 years of Strategic Sourcing experience required. 10+ years of experience is preferred. Experience in Indirect Procurement is strongly preferred. Candidates with Marketing Procurement experience are especially encouraged to apply. This role will support the Marketing Procurement Group. Role Overview The role will be responsible for leading sourcing activities of moderate complexity and providing support for complex or strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including: Requirements gathering RFP/RFI development Proposal evaluation Scenario analysis Supplier selection Contract drafting Contract negotiation Contract execution The goal is to deliver optimal value and terms. Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing activities of moderate complexity and provide support for complex or strategic initiatives. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation, and execution. Execute main service agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Letter Agreements, and Order Forms. Define commodity and supplier strategies. Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes. Track category performance relative to targets. Conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers. Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and the team regarding strategies, contracts, and project updates. Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives. Strategic / Complex Initiative Responsibilities Assigned tasks may include: Analyze supply market and current supply base. Build business cases. Build RFx and auctions. Negotiate contract provisions. Track and report category performance against targets. On-board suppliers. Conduct supplier performance reviews. Monitor contract execution. Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities. Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate should have: Strong Strategic Sourcing experience. Strong Indirect Procurement experience. Marketing Procurement experience is strongly preferred. Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes. Experience with RFP/RFI development and execution. Experience evaluating proposals and conducting scenario analysis. Experience with supplier selection and supplier management. Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience. Experience executing main service agreements, SOWs, Letter Agreements, and Order Forms. Experience defining commodity and supplier strategies. Experience with category management and strategic sourcing best practices. Experience tracking and reporting category performance against targets. Experience conducting supplier performance reviews. Strong communication skills with procurement leadership and business stakeholders. Strong analytical skills. Strong competency with Excel.
