Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Experience in a 3PL, logistics, or high-volume distribution environment preferred
• Experience supervising temporary and full-time employees
• Proven ability to supervise teams of 15 or more employees
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications
• Forklift experience and certification preferred
• Experience with labor planning, workforce management, and process improvement initiatives preferred

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve operational goals
• Lead daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and fulfillment activities
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, quality, and performance
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate safety topics, goals, and operational priorities
• Train and onboard new employees while ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and inventory discrepancy investigations
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and service levels
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, overtime planning, and workforce allocation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Supervisor.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
