Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor roles is helpful but not required. Experience working in fast-paced environments is a plus. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Preferred Qualifications Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn new production and assembly processes. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and use hands and arms throughout an 8-hour shift. Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs. Capable of performing repetitive motions for extended periods. Comfortable working around conveyor lines, assembly stations, and manufacturing equipment. Job Duties Assemble pallet displays, containers, and product packaging according to production requirements. Place products into displays, install top caps, and secure finished displays for shipment. Load manufacturing components onto racks and assist with production line operations. Stack materials, support press room activities, and maintain efficient workflow.
