Position Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and aligned with the objective; alert managers of any at-risk open items; manage the Solve for Tomorrow program mailbox, website, beneficiary communications, and general administrative tasks (e.g., maintain distribution and contact lists, process invoices, etc.)
• Submit and maintain all contracts and invoices, highlighting any pending items or risks.
• Maintain Citizenship team process manuals and templates.
• Coordinate volunteer events in the Benevity platform.
• Conduct research to support program objectives.
• Maintain program lists and reporting.
• Support the broader Citizenship team on high-priority events and community impact activities.
• Support the collaboration with the internal communications team to elevate the program.
• Collect and document contracts and invoices for all Citizenship partnerships.
• Support the development of post-event and other summary reports.
• Manage the Solve for Tomorrow mailbox and website; collaborate with agency partners and developers to ensure timely updates.
• Ad hoc tasks and analysis, as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing, but open to other areas).
• 2+ years of experience (flexible for exceptional candidates with potential).
• Strong attention to detail for administrative tasks including documentation, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of comfort in website administration.
• Excellent time management skills and follow-up to ensure on-time deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication, especially in social media, logistics, legal, and finance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
• Familiarity/Interest in a career in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Impact, or Citizenship.
• Experience managing large programs and/or multiple projects.
