Department's Website:

• Associate: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field plus two (2) years' of project/program manager experience.
• Five (5) plus years of marketing, communications, or program management experience, preferably in community-based or public-interest environments.

• Experience in a public-health or community-based setting.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of audience research and outreach best practices for public engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats (written, digital, video, social).
• Strong storytelling ability with a portfolio of published work.
• Proficiency with social media management tools, basic graphic/video editing, and data visualization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment; attention to detail and confidentiality.

Additional Information:

• Develop and manage marketing plans and strategies for community-based programs; ensure creativity, effectiveness, and measurable impact.
• Oversee design and creative development of outreach materials, curricula, and presentations to reach target populations.
• Create institute storytelling content across written, digital, and social platforms; showcase program impact.
• Support dissemination projects, producing data-driven reflections and impact reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely delivery of communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
