Burton Energy Group is seeking to grow its HVAC Project Management team to support the implementation of national account HVAC replacements. The HVAC Analyst is responsible for the technical review, financial tracking, and logistical coordination of HVAC replacement projects. The preferred candidate will be highly organized, motivated for client service, and balance both analytical/data driven skills with a general understanding of HVAC systems and contracting practices. In addition, the candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment (interacting with internal and external team members). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helping prioritize and select stores for replacement surveys from available data such as age, service costs, energy rates, available rebates, and other client-specific priorities. Coordinating physical site surveys with selected subcontractors to allow Burton and our clients to complete a remote assessment and prioritization of existing equipment for proactive replacements. Working with multiple HVAC manufacturers to specify and obtain quotes for suitable replacement equipment, balancing operating cost, weight, and specific installation challenges presented in each building. Managing the budget submittal, consent, and award of projects upon approval, ensuring any technical and operational constraints of the projects are clearly communicated and managed. Coordinating with the client and subcontractors to complete the installation of HVAC replacement equipment in buildings. Ensuring the units are installed in a high-quality manner through the review of documentation from the installation and providing clear close-out paperwork. Job Requirements / Qualifications Previous experience with financial tracking. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices. Understanding of HVAC systems and contracting practices. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
