What you'll do:
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
* Help patients improve functional independence and safety at home
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and care teams
* Complete timely documentation and contribute to quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland, or the ability to obtain licensure before employment
* Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
* Home health experience
* Experience working with adult and geriatric populations

The salary range for this role is $84,442 - $126,644 total cash target pay annually based on full-time employment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
