RN Clinical Manager

As an RN Clinical Manager, you'll help shape both the patient experience and the clinician experience. You'll serve as a trusted leader, resource, and partner to your team while maintaining a close connection to the purpose behind the work.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Ability to meet state and organizational requirements for employment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required for the role

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Home health, hospice, community-based, or related clinical experience
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
