Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for every patient, whether they choose a natural, drug-free birth, midwife-assisted labor, or require advanced maternal or neonatal care. Here, you'll work alongside experienced providers and nurses who are committed to excellence, collaboration, and supporting one another every step of the way.

The Potash Women & Newborn Center brings together a full continuum of care, including:

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Labor & Delivery
• Postpartum Recovery
• Level II Neonatal Care
• Midwifery Services

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs with at least one year of inpatient nursing experience

As a member of our nursing team, you will:

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Provide safe, high-quality care through strong clinical judgment and technical expertise.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and fellow nurses to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Continuously develop your skills and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.
• Serve as a leader and patient advocate while fostering exceptional experiences for patients and families.

To support both professional development and exceptional patient care, all RNs are cross-trained in:

• Labor & Delivery
• Level II NICU
• Newborn Nursery
• Operating Room
• Postpartum Care

Please note: At this time, we are seeking experienced nurses. New graduate RNs and nurses with less than one year of inpatient RN experience are not eligible for consideration.

Full-Time Night Shift Available

Additional scheduling options, include part time for qualified experienced RNs may be available based on departmental needs and staffing considerations.

Requirements include:

• Weekends and holidays
• On-call responsibilities
