MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine/Addiction Medicine, a department of Memorial Hospital, is currently seeking anexperienced Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) with interest in working with patients with complex substance use disorders. Come be a part of our dynamic team to serve those members of our community with addiction. This program is unique in that it is embedded in a thriving primary care practice which consists of five family medicine physicians and three family nurse practitioners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program withtwo years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience preferred. MSN required.
• License/Certifications:Active Nursing license; certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Current Physician Assistant license issued by the State of Maine or eligible of licensure, NCCPA certification.
• Current BCLS required

The pay range for this position is $117,317 to $151,822 annually based on the candidate's level of experience.
