This role coordinates field activities within established branch priorities, serves as the primary technical roofing resource for crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. At a Glance

• Pay: $83,000-$124,000 annual salary; dependent on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
• Location: On-Site/Golden Valley, MN
• Required Experience: 5+ years
• Schedule: Standard full-time schedule. Work hours may occasionally vary to support customer needs, our field teams, and operational priorities.
• Benefits Start: First of the month following 20 calendar days from date of hire.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily field assignments for service and production crews within priorities, capacity expectations, and customer commitments established by the Operations Leader.
• Serve as the primary technical roofing resource for technicians, foremen, leads, project teams, and service personnel.
• Direct field execution, including sequencing, means and methods, logistics, productivity, documentation, and communication expectations.
• Determine technical corrective action when the response remains within approved scope, standards, schedule, and cost authority.
• Mentor field employees, identify technical skill gaps, recommend training, and help develop technicians, foremen, and lead technicians.
• Perform or coordinate site investigations, core cuts, measurements, takeoffs, pre-job walks, and documentation of existing conditions.
• Provide accurate field input for estimating, including labor hours, access, logistics, equipment needs, sequencing, and means and methods
• Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the local and regional service area.

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive commercial roofing experience, including hands-on service and production work with architectural, low-slope, steep-slope, metal, membrane, and specialty roofing systems.
• Two or more years of experience providing day-to-day field leadership, technical direction, coaching, or coordination for roofing crews, service technicians, or foremen.
• Demonstrated knowledge of roofing assemblies, installation methods, manufacturer specifications, warranty requirements, building-envelope principles, construction sequencing, and quality-control practices.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and field conditions; identifying constructability concerns; troubleshooting jobsite issues; and recommending practical solutions within established project requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with field employees, project managers, estimators, sales teams, customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives while working within defined authority and escalation protocols
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
