Job Summary

The Vice President, Organization Enablement serves as the enterprise leader for change management, organizational effectiveness, and people operations across Kontoor's global, multi-brand portfolio.

This leader is responsible for ensuring the organization is prepared to successfully execute Kontoor's enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives. This role leads enterprise organization design, operating model evolution, workforce enablement, HR Technology, and enterprise change management, ensuring strategic initiatives, acquisitions, restructurings, technology implementations, operating model changes, and workforce transformations are executed with consistency, speed, adoption, and measurable business impact. Simultaneously, the role leads the organization's people operations strategy, delivering scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR services that support a multi-brand global workforce.

This role bridges operational excellence and transformation execution to enable growth, strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance employee experience, and drive enterprise performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise organizational effectiveness and change management agenda, establishing methodologies, governance, frameworks, standards, tools, and best practices that support business transformation and growth
• Partner with senior leadership to assess and optimize organizational health and effectiveness, including organizational design, decision rights, workforce productivity, and operating model effectiveness
• Design and implement enterprise frameworks for organizational design, change readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Lead organizational impact assessments and people-related planning for major enterprise initiatives, transformations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies across brands, functions, and geographies, supporting technology deployments, digital transformations, process modernization, and operating model changes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption by partnering closely with Communications, Regional HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent & Culture, and business leaders to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Monitor and measure organizational and transformation outcomes, including change readiness, , adoption metrics, workforce effectiveness, and realization of business benefits.
• Identify organizational risks, barriers, and change impacts, developing mitigation plans and interventions that support successful implementation and sustained performance
• Leads HR Technology function providing strategic leadership and overseeing HRIS, workforce data and analytics, digital HR solutions, automation, and technology governance.
• Lead the evolution of the global HR operating model and service delivery strategy, driving standardization, automation, service excellence, governance, HR technology optimization, and continuous improvement of employee experience and HR services.
• Optimize utilization of HR technologies, self-service capabilities, and employee support channels; partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to continuously improve service quality and employee experience.

Leadership

• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide organizational transformation within large, global organizations
• Demonstrated success designing operating models and leading complex organizational redesigns.
• Deep expertise in enterprise change management methodologies and execution.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale transformations.
• Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite leaders
• Experience building high-performing global teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Masters preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Organization Effectiveness, Organization Design, Organizational Development, Enterprise Transformation, Management Consulting, or Human Resources.
• Experience within global retail, consumer products, or multi-brand organizations.
• Background in management consulting and enterprise transformation
• Experience scaling global shared services and HR service delivery.
• Experience supporting publicly traded companies.
• Familiarity with organizational network analysis, workforce analytics, and organizational diagnostics
