Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator
1st shift 3 contract-to-hire positions

What You'll Do:
- Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, panels, frames, drawers, and cable assemblies.
- Read and interpret moderately complex engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform wiring, cable harness assembly, component installation, and hand soldering operations.
- Build and integrate prototype, pre-production, and production hardware.
- Perform fabrication, inspection, testing, rework, and refurbishment of assemblies and systems.
- Execute electrical testing and verification activities using measuring and test equipment.
- Load and configure customer-specific or standard software onto devices and systems.
- Complete production documentation, process paperwork, and work order transactions accurately.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet production goals and schedules.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, or a related technical environment.
- 3+ years of experience assembling electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical products using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- 3+ years of experience performing wiring, cable harness assembly, hand soldering, or component installation activities.
- 2+ years of experience performing electrical testing, inspection, troubleshooting, or rework of assemblies and systems.
- 2+ years of experience using measurement devices, test equipment, and manufacturing tools.
- 2+ years of experience completing manufacturing documentation, process paperwork, and work order transactions.
- 2+ years of experience performing wire bonding and/or die bonding operations.

- Experience loading and configuring software on customer devices or systems.
- Strong computer, communication, and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of mathematics and measurement principles used in manufacturing environments.
- MIL-STD-883 certification or experience working to military manufacturing standards.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting prototype builds and engineering development programs.
