Manager, HR Analytics & Technology Solutions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations

We're seeking a hands-on manager to advance our HR analytics, automation, and technology capabilities. This role will lead a small team and own projects that continue to advance our reporting and insights strategy, modernize HR processes, and deploy AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate blends HR domain knowledge with strong data and technology skills, excels at stakeholder management, and drives measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Leadership

• Execute against the HR analytics & technology roadmap aligned to HR and business priorities.
• Key role in shaping how HR leverages data, systems, and automation to drive long-term organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a team of two to three analysts/HRIS specialists; set goals, coach, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into data/tech solutions; manage portfolio and prioritize value-driven initiatives.

Analytics, Reporting & Data Products

• Own HR reporting which includes operational dashboards, trusted impactful metrics and insights, and scalable self-service models.
• Manage KPIs against benchmarks to continuously measure impact.
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders to optimize data pipelines to provide accurate, reliable, and timely data.
• Communicate insights and program outcomes to executive audiences.
• Engage with HR partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.

AI, Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to apply AI responsibly across HR workflows.
• Oversee development of dashboards, automations, AI prototypes, and data products.
• Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to re-engineer processes and tools with measurable efficiency and quality gains.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and IT on new HR Technology Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and resource-management experience. Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading HR technology, analytics, reporting, or automation programs.
• Project management skills relevant to scoping and leading projects.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, summarize critical findings, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Strong understanding of HR data, data modeling, visualization, and integration concepts (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with HRIS and HCM platforms, reporting tools, and workflow/automation platforms (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, or SAP).
• 6+ months demonstrated experience using AI to build dashboards, analyze data, uncover best practices and solutions
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Target salary range: USD $146,679.00/Yr. - USD $158,711.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
