- Champion the strategic use of data, analytics, research, technology, and predictive modeling to inform enrollment strategy, resource planning, decision-making, and outcomes.
- Lead long-range organizational and operational planning that strengthens EMAS capacity, sustainability, innovation, and responsiveness.
- Ensure enrollment systems, policies, processes, and services are effective, coordinated, accessible, compliant, and responsive to evolving institutional and student needs.
Build Institutional Leadership and Strategic Partnerships:
- Build a high-performing organization grounded in professional excellence, collaboration, accountability, innovation, ethical leadership, and a shared commitment to student success and public service.
- Establish priorities, accountability structures, and collaborative processes that translate institutional strategy into coordinated action across EMAS and the university.
- Build trusted relationships with academic and administrative leaders and represent EMAS in university planning, governance, policy development, and resource allocation.
- Represent NC State with the UNC System and external educational, governmental, professional, community, alumni, and other partners to advance enrollment and student-success priorities and contribute to the field of enrollment management.
