Job Summary The Mix Plant Operator is responsible for the manual production and blending of explosive product components in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating equipment, handling raw materials, following strict safety procedures, and performing quality checks throughout the production process. Operators regularly perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, material movement, equipment cleaning, and loading products. The role requires the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties
