CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location:San Francisco, CA
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay:$45.00 per hour

Job Summary
The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager supports customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies across email, mobile messaging, and loyalty channels. This role uses customer insights, segmentation, personalization, and testing to optimize lifecycle journeys that increase engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value. The Assistant Manager partners with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric experiences and uses performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager with the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs across email and mobile messaging.
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle programs using customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap using A/B testing and customer insights to improve campaign and journey performance.
  • Own performance reporting for lifecycle programs and present insights, test results, and data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution, including planning, asset delivery, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Partner with Loyalty, Retail, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Creative, Merchandising, and external vendors to identify customer insights and develop audience strategies.
  • Develop personalized, customer-focused experiences across eCommerce and retail channels.
  • Monitor campaign and lifecycle journey performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate customer and marketing data into actionable recommendations.
  • Support ongoing improvements to the customer journey across the marketing funnel.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2C marketing or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of the B2C customer journey across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM, lifecycle, retention, email, mobile messaging, or customer marketing programs.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong initiative, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to test new ideas and use data to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Cordial and Movable Ink experience preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
