The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick ( EMNB) is comprised of eight student facing and administrative units: Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the One Stop Student Services Center, as well as business, information technology, and analytics administrative teams. The division employs over 120+ full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill

Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Admissions Officer for the Undergraduate Admissions Office within the Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick ( EMNB). This position reports to the Senior Admissions Officer of Campus Programs.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:

  • Serves as the supervisor for the Scarlet Ambassador Team of tour guides and assists with the development and implementation of the campus visit program.
  • Works as a member of the Campus Programs Team, which plans all on-campus programming leading to successful recruitment and enrollment of the incoming class.
  • Assists with the campus tour, admitted student open house, counselor and other specialized programs executed annually, culminating in over 45,000 visitors.
  • Performs a wide range of duties that may include coordinating the programming, off-campus recruitment, and application review.

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of overall professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
