Position Summary
As a Field Sales Training Program Manager, you will develop and deliver strategic training programs that equip STERIS sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive business success. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and training leadership to ensure all training initiatives align with corporate and divisional goals while supporting key product and sales strategies. You will lead the design and execution of new hire, advanced, leadership, and in-field sales training programs, covering topics such as product knowledge, competitive positioning, territory management, customer education, and Agile Selling methodologies. As a subject matter expert within your assigned procedural areas, you will provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales organization, participate in customer-facing activities, and deliver product and procedural education that enhances both customer outcomes and sales effectiveness. #LI-MM1 Pay range for this opportunity is $95,000 - $115,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
