Essential Functions & Responsibilities Analyst, M&A Integration Arcwood Environmental is pursuing an active growth strategy through M&A under EQT ownership. We are seeking an Analyst, M&A Integration, to support the Integration Management Office (IMO) and drive disciplined integration planning and execution across acquired businesses. Reporting to the Vice President, Value Creation and Integration, this role will translate integration objectives into clear, actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, issues, and dependencies and drive accountability against critical milestones. The Analyst will support the continued development and application of Arcwood's repeatable integration playbook across transactions ranging from tuck-in acquisitions to larger strategic integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong project and program management experience, exceptional organization and attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives to completion. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Domestic travel of approximately 25-50% may be required depending on integration activity and deal volume.
