The Associate Manager, HR Data & Org Management is responsible for ensuring high-quality HR data management while driving data-informed decision making through advanced analysis, reporting, and self-service enablement. This role owns end-to-end organizational design processes, including scenario modeling and execution of organizational events across systems such as SuccessFactors and OrgVue. The position plays a critical role in enhancing data integrity, workforce insights, and scalable HR operations. What will you do?

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $88,880 to $111,100 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of jobrelated factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
