Position Summary

The Senior Digital & IT Business Analyst / Project Manager leads and supports business transformation initiatives through the delivery of digital, data, and IT solutions. This role partners with manufacturing sites, business stakeholders, Group and Division subject matter experts, and third-party vendors to analyze business needs; design, configure, test, deploy, train, and support technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and apply that knowledge to digital, data, and IT solutions that improve operational performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Division sites to identify opportunities, analyze business requirements, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Evaluate software, vendors, and technical solutions; conduct feasibility assessments; and recommend options aligned with Division, Group, and enterprise IT strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and IT solutions, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Define and implement data-integration processes that ingest, cleanse, transform, and validate data from multiple sources while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and performant, while meeting operational and business requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks associated with solution design, implementation, and ongoing operation.
  • Facilitate project reviews and stakeholder meetings; provide clear, timely status updates to leadership and project sponsors.
  • Coordinate with vendors, IT teams (Group IT shared services, enterprise architecture, middleware, cybersecurity), and other corporate IT teams as needed.
  • Establish and maintain solution support, change management, maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Analyze production incidents and data issues; lead root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with business and technical teams.
  • Apply continuous-improvement methods including Gemba walks, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma to improve processes, customer service, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Lead changes effectively by navigating ambiguity, addressing resistance, maintaining focus on outcomes, and driving organized adoption of new capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Available to provide after-hours technical support as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering or a related field required.
  • 4-6+ years related IT, business systems, manufacturing systems, data analysis, or software implementation experience required.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, or a comparable business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, adaptability, and sound judgment.

Core Competencies:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing, order-to-cash, supply chain, or related operational business processes.
  • Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
  • Practical project management methods, tools, and delivery practices.
  • Data analysis, data governance, data quality, and root-cause analysis.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand system integrations, data flows, business applications, and solution architecture.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, test plans, implementation plans, training materials, and support models.
  • End-to-end IT solution-delivery experience across analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management coursework or certification, such as PMP.
  • Business analysis coursework or certification, such as IIBA CBAP or equivalent.
  • Experience with business process modeling, capability modeling, high-level solution design, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including JD Edwards, SAP or similar.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM, LIMS, QMS, and MES.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics technologies, including SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI, SSIS, Alteryx, or similar integration and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of network concepts, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Experience working in a multi-site, matrixed, regional, or global technology environment.

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $102305 to $170240 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
