Responsibilities

Translate corporate and category priorities into a three-year strategic plan, annual operating plan, market-development priorities, regional execution plans, resource requirements, and measurable revenue, profitability, market-share, and installed-base growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable the national NCT sales organization through Area Sales Directors and other sales leaders. Establish clear performance expectations, optimize organizational design and territory coverage, deploy resources against the highest-value opportunities, and build a high-accountability culture focused on customer success, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Own national operating cadence for NCT, including orders, revenue, profitability, market share, pipeline coverage, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, pricing and margin governance, performance dashboards, and corrective-action plans. Provide transparent monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with U.S. and global Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Applications, Service, Finance, Operations, and other functional leaders to shape portfolio priorities, value propositions, go-to-market programs, lifecycle strategies, and commercialization plans that achieve U.S. growth and profitability objectives for NCT products, solutions, and services.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with integrated delivery networks, health systems, strategic accounts, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders. Lead or sponsor complex national opportunities, enterprise standardization initiatives, competitive conversions, and multiyear agreements in partnership with Strategic Accounts, Area Sales Directors, and executive leadership.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams for major customer and business initiatives, establishing clear ownership, joint action plans, solution scope, implementation assumptions, risk mitigation, and rules of engagement. Ensure clinical, technical, service, contracting, legal, supply-chain, and financial requirements are integrated into commercially sound customer solutions.

  • Identify and prioritize profitable growth opportunities using market intelligence, installed-base data, competitive analysis, customer insights, and account segmentation. Guide the organization in developing executive business cases, clinical and economic value propositions, strategic account plans, and technology road maps that position Drager as a long-term NCT partner.
  • Execute all talent and financial management responsibilities for the national NCT business, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, capability development, recognition, change leadership, operating budget and stewardship expense, and compliance with delegated authority. Represent Drager at key customer, industry, and professional forums and perform other duties as assigned
