Maintenance Technician, Fri-Sun, 6 am to 6:30 pm

Entegris is currently seeking a talented Maintenance Technician. This position will be in our Billerica, MA facility. The ideal candidate will have a solidmechanical/electrical/electronic/pneumaticand hydraulic systembackgroundstrong PC literacy interested in a fast-paced, environment, and be an excellent team player.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Perform preventative maintenance andrepair onequipment (production and facilities) asrequired.

• Provides repairs of production equipment andtroubleshootsequipment to resolve issues ina timelyfashion.

• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and programming failures.

• Recommend measures to reduce oreliminateindustrial accidents and health hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.

• Experience in hydraulic electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC systems

• Schedule work of maintenance

• Ensure safe handling of waste materials andmaintainall water tower units to safe and acceptable health standards.

• May berequiredto work irregular hours or return to the plant after the shiftin the event ofunexpected mechanical breakdowns or projects.

• Ensure the highest possible product quality and adherence toEntegris'sQuality System, ISO, and/ orother standards.

• Demonstrateabilityto communicate effectively with machine vendors.

• Compliance with OSHA guidelines and EHS program safety and health rules.

• Maintain manuals of PM and replacement parts

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep the work area free of debris.

• Become certified in Spill Team /Hazwoperand follow all safety guidelines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Control and Automation Engineering requested.

• Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as assembly drawings for production machines.

• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical mechanical, and PLC systems

• Ability to readvoltmeterand other test instruments.

• The position requires the employee to be able to lift to 60 lbs. withoutassistance.

• The position also requires excessive standing, bending, and climbing (ladders, lifts, machines, etc.).

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and processes.

• Salary range for this position is $32-$36 per hour based on experience.
